Product Overview
This fully automatic production line is customized for manufacturing automotive braided cooling hoses, including radiator hoses, heater coolant hoses and new energy vehicle battery cooling pipes.
It combines inner tube extrusion, high-speed knitting, outer layer extrusion, online cooling, traction, fixed-length cutting and online inspection into one integrated production flow, capable of mass-producing EPDM, silicone and TPV braided cooling pipes that meet auto OEM standards.
Equipped with independent extrusion units, high-speed knitting equipment, and servo cutting devices, the finished tubing is knit tightly, has stable dimensions, and exhibits excellent pressure resistance, fully meeting the requirements of the automotive component industry.
