Offline Dual Weighing Glue Injection Machine
Product Introduction
This offline dual weighing glue injection machine is customized for sealing strip extrusion production. It adopts split offline layout, independent of the main extruder line. Equipped with two groups of high-precision loss-in-weight weighing systems, it realizes automatic proportioning of two-component silicone/EPDM raw materials.
The whole process of feeding, weighing, vacuum stirring, defoaming and quantitative glue delivery runs independently offline, without stopping the main production line during formula switching. It is suitable for multi-specification sealing strip trial production and mass production. The machine adopts PLC touch screen centralized control, stable measurement, and can be customized according to customer workshop and production demands.
